These terms cover the use of dodbyte.com and its client panel. Project-specific terms — scope, timeline, price and deliverables — are always defined in the written plan agreed for each project, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement.
Every Dodbyte project starts with a written plan that fixes scope, stages, timeline and price before work begins. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they affect the plan.
Client accounts are personal to the client and their team. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts used in a way that threatens the security of the service.
Unless the project plan says otherwise, deliverables are transferred to the client upon final payment. Dodbyte retains the right to reference completed, public work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in the plan.
The site and panel are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Dodbyte is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website itself. Liability for project work is governed by each project's written plan.
